Conclusion ( Was it favourable Circumstances or Hitler's Leadership Abilities that led to his Rise in Prominence in the late 1920s?

It is due to the Favourable circumstances that led to Hitler's rise in the late 1920s.

For the favourable circumstances in politic, it involves the weakness of the Weimar government. The systems that led to the downfall of the Weimar government includes the proportional representation, instability of coalition government and Article 48 of Wiemar government. In the proportional representation, during the voting, people votes for a party instead of specific candidates which makes it difficult as there is too many small parties. All the parties came together to form a coalition government, however, each party have different ideas but were not willing to compromise. This led to many changes in the government which is difficult to pass laws as were seen as weak from the Germans, In the article 48,the President gain complete control in the 'time of emergency' which is unfair to the German parliaments as they could not do anything. The Weimar government also had weak support due to the opposition from the left and right wing. The left wing wanted more equality in society but democracy and the right wing wanted Germany not to be known as the main cause of World war and wanted a more dictatorial style of government but  the Weimar government could not meet the people's needs and wants. Thus leading to its weakness.

On the other hand, the leadership abilities of Hitler are his charisma and oratorical skills, skillfulness in making deals and reorganization of the Nazi Party. He was able to connect with people of Germany by addressing their concerns of the current situation in Germany. He practices his speeches and could raise the energy of the audience, being full of energy as he makes 3-4 speeches a day. He is very well loved by the people for his sincerity. With proper planning, Hitler manage to rise to the Chancellor position, over taking the government while still gaining support, Through reorganizing the  Nazi Party,he increase the membership, gaining more support in the politics.

However,if not for the favourable circumstances as the base,Hitler would not have rise to power. He made the connection through the people's concern which was on the current situation which the Weimar government was too weak to control. Sp if the Weimar government had changed the systems to make it better for the people, the Germans would have still supported them and does not have to look for another way to solve their worries such as Hitler.

Therefore, the favourable circumstances was what led to the rise of Hitler in the late 1920s.
